ORDERING INFO What are the payment options? The St. Jude Novena Site Gift Shop accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club, JCB, and derivatives of those brands. You may also pay by money order, using our printable order form. CLICK HERE for instructions. Sorry, no personal checks accepted. All prices shown on this website are in U.S. dollars. Do you accept international orders? Yes. Because of differences in international shipping rates, there will be an additional shipping charge to deliver international orders. If you are outside North America, contact us at giftshop@stjudenovena.org for details. Please mention in your e-mail message the items you are interested in ordering and your location. How do I place a credit card order? To place an order, select the item you are interested in and click the BUY NOW button. You will now arrive on the Order Details page. If the item requires you to specify an option (like size, color, etc.) you can select it on this page. Here you also change and update the quantity you want to purchase (by default, the quantity entered is 1), continue shopping on our site (while keeping your order active), or save and check out to begin the purchasing process. When you press Save and Check Out, you will be taken to the Shipping Information screen. Enter your shipping information as requested and press Continue. You will then be taken to the Billing Information screen where you will be asked to enter your credit card information. When completed, press the Complete Order Now button to finalize your order. How do I go back to my order when I am ready to complete my purchase? If you selected Continue Shopping and returned to our product pages, you will find next to each item on our products page is a button called VIEW YOUR ORDER. Clicking on one of these buttons at any time will display the order you have started and give you the opportunity to finalize your purchase. After you place your order, you will receive by e-mail an order confirmation. Is my order secure? Yes. Credit card transactions placed at the St. Jude Novena Gift Shop are processed on a secure, SSL-encrypted server. Since each product we sell is custom-ordered for you by the St. Jude Novena Site Gift Shop, there can be a delay of up to 3-4 weeks from the time you order is placed by credit card online. Orders sent to us by mail with money order payment are processed when we receive them. To check the status of your order, contact us by e-mail at giftshop@stjudenovena.org and make sure to mention the Order Number you received by e-mail from 2Checkout.com. Please note that, since we have several designers and artisans who create our products for us, you may receive the items you have ordered from different locations and in different shipments. If you would like to follow up on your order at any time, please contact us at giftshop@stjudenovena.org. How are orders shipped? Orders are normally shipped via Priority Mail at the U.S. Post Office. Heavier items may be shipped by couriers like UPS. How much are the shipping charges? Shipping vary depending the item purchased. The amount is shown when you add an item to your order by pressing any of the "Buy Now" buttons. For multiple item orders, special reduced shipping rates may be available. Please e-mail us for details at giftshop@stjudenovena.org. What is your return policy? Items that arrive damaged or that differ from what was originally ordered will be promptly replaced. In this case we will pay the shipping charges to resend the replacement item to you. Non-custom items are returnable if we are notified within 10 days of your receipt of the goods. You are responsible for the cost of shipping back such items to us, and the items must be in resalable condition. When we receive the returned item, a credit will be issued to your credit card account for the amount originally purchased, less the original shipping charges.
